twelve weeks
baxter weighs five pounds already! he also has balls now, so he's pretty much the manliest little pup around. here he is next to a size nine shoe. he's welcome to camp out in my shoes whenever he wants when he finally comes home to us.
playing with olive:
sometimes i think about him and get all teary-eyed because i love him so much and can't wait to meet him. the little cutie.
This blog is mostly photos of my dog, Baxter, who was born September 26, 2009 to Yorkies of Walnut Hill (yorkiesllc.com). He came home with me and my husband on January 10, 2010. Leave a comment if you have any questions. I also have another awesome blog, if I do say so myself. http://iamthebeholder.com. Feel free to leave a comment there, too. It strengthens my self-worth.
I live in Chicago with my best friend and husband, Dave, and our li'l furry boy.
Some random shizz about me: I went to the most awesome undergrad school on the planet, Pomona College. My mom, Susan Wiggs, is a New York Times best-selling novelist, and I’m the proud co-author of a memoir about planning my wedding with her (hitting shelves in 2011). Annnd I’m an only child. So…I’m bad at sharing.
In my spare time, I read like a bazillion blogs and cook delicious (and sometimes disgusting) food. I have a full-time job in brand management with my very own cubicle. Baxter has yet to visit, but one day I'll sneak him in. One day.
